At Cast & Carry, we stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns under the following terms.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in like-new condition with no excessive wear or damage.

• The item must include all original packaging and accessories.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

10% Processing Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% processing fee, which is deducted from your refund.

This fee covers:

• A prepaid return shipping label

• Payment processing fees

• Product inspection and handling

• Restocking and inventory processing

No additional return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bucketrope.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is due to our error or a defective product, we'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused

• Items missing major components or accessories

• Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable

• Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the 10% processing fee, within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email info@bucketrope.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.
